Led by Head Chef Jarrod Di Blasi our menu is all about elevating those crowd-pleasing pub classics with an extra level of care. The schnitzel is made with Hazeldenes chicken, there’s Riverina Black Angus porterhouse, and the cheeseburger patty is ground in-house daily using brisket trim from Fancy Hank’s.
It’s classic pub food made really bloody well.
